Job Summary
Run the studio control room board and livestream video switcher, complete internal paperwork including program and transmitter logs, isolate audio for show promos, and manage client relations while proactively resolving technical issues. Utilize Wide Orbit Automation and Adobe Audition to execute daily broadcast operations. Maintain a flexible schedule working various shifts, including nights and weekends, with availability for overnights. This part-time role supports Salem Media Group's spoken word format broadcasts, leveraging a self-starter approach in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must have flexible schedule and be available to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
- A minimum of one year of major market broadcast experience, preferably in a spoken word format.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
- A self-starter approach to your work.
- Flexibility is a must!
- Availability for overnights and weekends.
- Strong track record, detailed oriented, prompt and dependable.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Wide Orbit Automation and Adobe Audition is preferred!
- Knowledge of video editing and social media would be beneficial.
