Technical Procurement Sr. Specialist

Conduct bidding activities, evaluate submitted bids, and lead commercial negotiations for construction projects, engineering equipment, and technical goods. Prepare contractor selection recommendations, manage the contracting process, and oversee tender reports, purchase orders, and payment requests. Monitor ordered materials and coordinate with end-users to verify delivery specifications, while periodically evaluating vendor performance against quality standards and contract terms. Facilitate the end-to-end tendering process and evaluate contractor billings to ensure accuracy and compliance. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 2 to 4 years of procurement experience; a Licensed Engineer is preferred.
