Technical Procurement Specialist

Technical Procurement Specialist at BESIX Unitec who will play a central role in the purchasing team by optimizing procurement processes, coordinating ERP migration, and closing company-wide framework agreements as the procurement project single point of contact. Responsibilities include informing teams about market opportunities, negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers for framework and collaboration agreements, organizing clarification and negotiation meetings, drafting and negotiating contracts, working in a multidisciplinary tender/project team, preparing quotations, comparing prices and offers both financially and technically, advising on final purchasing decisions, analyzing and integrating procurement processes across the organization, and serving as the ERP migration point of contact. Requirements include at least a Bachelor degree and 5-10 years of relevant experience in a technical/industrial environment, experience with change management on internal projects, strong communication skills in negotiations and change management, ability to adapt to shifting deadlines in a project organization, knowledge of best purchasing practices, ability to think beyond purchasing to process improvement, knowledge of technical specifications for materials, strong analytical skills, a hands-on pragmatic approach, a results-driven attitude, teamwork orientation with the ability to handle projects independently, proficiency with Navision and/or Business Central and MS Office 365 (especially Excel), and good Dutch and English language skills (French is a plus).
