Job Summary
Technical Procedure Writer responsible for driving and leading the development, review and ongoing maintenance of operational procedures, training materials, process maps, and communication plans. Collaborates with applicable business line owners and cross-functional teams to ensure materials align with corporate policies, provides reporting on special projects, and drives the approval process for all written products. Requires strong analytical and organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio, SharePoint, and project management. Banking/financial services knowledge is a strong plus; ability to develop training materials and process maps/flowcharts; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a hybrid/flexible schedule (in-office 3+ days per week). The role emphasizes collaboration, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Four or more years of procedure writing experience
