Job Summary
Design and configure technology solutions for customers, creating bills of materials and recommending HPE Datacentre, networking, and security products. Respond to technical enquiries from co-workers, partners, and customers while maintaining industry-recognised vendor accreditations. Support sales teams and partners by building knowledge of vendor portfolios, driving solution adoption, and maintaining technical documentation. Gain exposure to implementation and post-sales services through collaboration with vendor technical teams.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in solution design
- Product knowledge
- Customer support
- Industry-recognised vendor accreditations
- HPE industry-recognised vendor accreditations and certifications
- Strong communication skills
- Confidence working with different stakeholders
- Customer-focused mindset
- Ability to manage priorities and work collaboratively within a team
- Good organisation and attention to detail
