Technical Presales Consultant responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining product demos and proofs of concept tailored to industry and customer requirements; collaborating with sales to translate customer challenges into effective demo scenarios and capturing market, customer, and prospect feedback to support product development; providing technical input for RFIs/RFPs and supporting solution design during the sales process; occasionally presenting demos to prospects and customers; collaborating with product management and engineering to expand demo functionalities and stay aligned with evolving customer needs and industry trends; staying current on competitor solutions and emerging technologies; supporting marketing by preparing demo assets for webinars, conferences, and trade shows.
