Job Summary
Technical Pre Sales Senior Consultant to identify and formulate value solutions for customers using Petro-SIM and reactor models. Serve as the technical expert during the sales cycle, delivering customized product demonstrations, presentations, and proofs of concept; collaborate with BD, product, and engineering to align customer requirements with capabilities; respond to RFPs and technical questionnaires; engage with prospects during pilots/trials to ensure technical success. Responsibilities include Process Design Engineering improvements, Engineering Solutions Design, and Contract/Project-related work. Must have Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical/Process Engineering or related field, proven process-simulation experience (Petro-SIM, Unisim, HYSYS, PROII), and strong communication skills. Willingness to travel up to 25–40% to customer sites, conferences, and trade shows. Travel, cross-functional collaboration, and knowledge management are part of the role. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical/Process Engineering or related technical field
- Proven capability in process simulation (Petro-SIM, Unisim, HYSYS, PROII)
- Technical sales experience or background
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel up to 25–40% to customer sites, conferences and trade shows
- Experience translating client operations, challenges and KPIs into software-based solutions
- Ability to deliver customized product demonstrations, presentations, and proof of concepts
- Ability to interact with customers, build credibility, and influence decision-making
- Familiarity with digital twins and related technologies would be advantageous
