Job Summary
Lead and deliver technical seminars, exhibitions, presentations, and webinars on Ajax fire products for customers and company employees; introduce product roadmaps and features to distributors and installers; train technical staff at distributors and dealers; promote and tailor product solutions through technical consultations and support of key clients; conduct market research and compare competitor products; develop long-term relationships with partners; test product features, write technical documentation, and collaborate with the team; support the sales team by following up on leads in the portal and analyzing customer needs in collaboration with sales.
Required Qualifications
- 2 or more years of professional experience in Security Systems
- Working knowledge of intrusion and IP CCTV and access control systems
- Experience in installing/designing CCTV, intrusion or other security systems
- Experience in public speaking (as an advantage)
- Strong communication skills
- Availability to travel for business around Greece and Cyprus
- An outgoing personality and can work independently
