Job Summary
Lead project implementation and daily delivery of implemented services, ensuring SLA performance and incident resolution. Act as the primary focal point for project planning, tracking rollouts, and resolving support queries and escalations. Conduct regular SLA, KPI, and service performance reviews to maintain alignment with client expectations while providing transparent status updates. Oversee BAU support activities including health checks, monitoring, and user onboarding, coordinating with technical teams for configuration updates and endpoint management. Track root cause analysis, corrective actions, and incident closure for major issues, while documenting SOPs and improving service processes. Review transition plans, enhancement milestones, and risk mitigation strategies, identifying opportunities to automate reporting and boost operational efficiency. Liaise with client technical teams, partners, and internal groups to coordinate dependencies across cloud, security, and network services.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- 7-10 years of experience in IT service delivery, managed services, end-user computing, cloud infrastructure, or modern workplace operations
- Good understanding of ITIL processes, including incident, problem, change, request, and service level management
- Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, service reports, operational dashboards, and stakeholder updates
- Ability to coordinate across technical teams, Clients, Partners, and leadership stakeholders
- Strong communication, escalation management, problem-solving, and service governance skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with systems management, endpoint management, identity, security, or cloud platforms
- ITIL Foundation certification
- PMP certification equivalent
- ITIL 4 Foundation
- Microsoft Endpoint / Intune-related certification
