Technical Platform Lead

Job Summary
Lead a team of engineers through coaching, mentoring, performance management, and technical leadership while establishing standards for cloud platforms, integrations, APIs, and data engineering. Design and deliver scalable solutions using Azure Integration Services, Databricks, and modern cloud technologies to guide development of enterprise integrations connecting Dynamics 365 and other SaaS platforms. Build and enhance data platforms supporting analytics, reporting, and AI-driven capabilities while championing AI-assisted development, automation, DevSecOps, and continuous improvement. Partner with architects, product managers, security, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable technology solutions, contributing hands-on to architecture, code reviews, and complex engineering initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of software, platform, or cloud engineering experience, including 2+ years leading or managing technical teams
- Strong experience with Azure cloud services, API design, systems integration, and enterprise application development
- Experience with data engineering concepts, SQL, Databricks, Spark, or similar modern data platforms
- Hands-on experience with C#/.NET or comparable development frameworks
- Knowledge of CI/CD, DevSecOps, infrastructure as code, automated testing, and cloud engineering best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Azure Integration Services, Dynamics 365, Databricks, Microsoft Entra External ID, and Power BI
- Experience implementing AI-assisted software development practices
- Experience within a membership association, nonprofit, or professional services organization
- Microsoft Azure and Databricks certifications are a plus
