Job Summary
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Mosambi platform, ensuring stability, security, and continuous availability through routine maintenance and issue resolution. Manage a cross-functional team of Platform Developers, Administrators, and Research Associates by assigning priorities, conducting regular reviews, and mentoring staff to meet project milestones. Coordinate feature development, User Acceptance Testing, and release management while validating research outputs and monitoring system health via dashboards. Provide regular reporting to leadership on project status, KPIs, and operational metrics, and collaborate with product, engineering, and external partners to execute the platform roadmap.
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years' experience
- Experience of managing early-career/fresher team members
- Demonstrated experience working on digital platforms, websites, SaaS products, or enterprise applications
- Experience coordinating software development projects from planning through execution
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to independently prioritize multiple initiatives and manage competing deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup or product environment
