Technical Platform Architect - CCaaS

Technical Platform Architect role focusing on design, deployment, and optimization of Sprinklr CCaaS solutions for enterprise customers. Responsibilities include solution design and implementation, evaluating deployment strategies, consulting with stakeholders, creating artifacts and security/compliance documentation, enterprise architecture modeling (including low-level designs and blueprints for digital transformation), aligning architecture with business goals, implementing best practices and templates, enforcing UAT and sandbox protocols, contributing to delivery governance and handover, and providing thought leadership with customer-facing impact. The role requires 8+ years in architect/consulting roles, experience with CCaaS and digital transformation, telephony and SaaS/Cloud enterprise architecture, proficiency with APIs (REST/SOAP/Webhooks), authentication patterns (SAML/SSO/OAuth), relational databases and MongoDB, strong collaboration with business leaders, and fluency in English and Italian. Role is based in Milan, Italy with three days per week on customer premises.
