Job Summary
Lead business development and client engagement activities within the Power, Diversified Energy, and Technology sectors while providing senior technical oversight for biological resources, ecological restoration, habitat conservation, and environmental permitting programs. Support clients through project planning, permitting, construction, and operations phases, driving project delivery excellence while meeting financial, safety, and quality objectives. Develop and grow key client relationships, mentor multidisciplinary teams, and collaborate with partners to support regional and national growth initiatives. This role requires a BS/MS in environmental science or engineering with 15+ years of experience and offers an annual base pay of $175,000–$202,300. Required Qualifications
- BS/MS in environmental science, engineering, or related field
- 15+ years of progressive experience in environmental consulting
- Proven leadership in mitigation and ecorestoration, including endangered species and habitat conservation
- Deep understanding of conventional and renewable energy markets in North America
- Strong business development track record, generating and delivering multi-million-dollar programs
- Expertise in HCPs, and regional permitting
Desired Qualifications
- Experience establishing mitigation banks and writing vegetation management plans
- Existing client relationships in the Power, Diversified energy and/or Technology sector that can be leveraged for growth
- Familiarity with utility commissions, regulatory agencies, and emerging sustainability trends
