Job Summary
Own the technical relationship with partner firms by defining certification standards, managing playbooks, and ensuring quality parity with internal engineering. Build the certification program from scratch, establishing the bar partners must meet before deploying Sarvam's stack. Translate platform capabilities into actionable guides for external teams, then lead co-delivered engagements to validate readiness for independent execution. Maintain rigorous review cadences and scorecards to hold the quality bar across the partner base, correcting deviations before dates slip. This hands-on role shapes the engine of Sarvam Circle, directly impacting hundreds of engineers across multiple firms.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience
- Experience working with systems integrators or consulting firms
- Technical ability to review an implementation, spot where it will break, and hold a design conversation with a partner's engineering lead as a peer
- Experience building capability at scale through enablement programmes, certification, training, or technical onboarding
- Understanding of agentic AI, including LLMs and agents in production, why evals matter, and what breaks at scale
- Ability to teach agentic AI to engineers who have never built an agent
