Job Summary
Technical Options Trader responsible for building and optimising our options trading spots across APAC, collaborating with researchers, developers, and strategy teams, and contributing to the future direction of the trading team. Requires a proven track record of driving improvements in systematic trading, holistic understanding of options trading, and strong risk appetite with excellent communication. Preference for Sydney but open to location-agnostic candidates; expects participation in a flat organization with mentorship, training, and a supportive work environment. Responsibilities emphasize building/optimising trading strategies and collaborating across functions; skills emphasize quantitative thinking, trading acumen, and teamwork.
