Job Summary
Technical Operator on a production line in Sanford, NC responsible for safe operation of line equipment, adherence to 5S and CGMP standards, in-process quality checks, reporting quality deviations and safety concerns, executing line changeovers and tooling setup, participating in AM events and CAL reports, and performing Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS) to drive improvements. Requires basic math, ability to read and interpret manuals and safety rules, effective English communication, and hands-on manufacturing experience.
