Job Summary
The Technical Operator is responsible for maintaining production quality and safety standards, following operational procedures, and ensuring the line runs efficiently. Key responsibilities include reviewing safety and quality management systems, maintaining line appearance, managing product quality, operating machinery, and entering production data. The role requires strong mechanical skills, good communication, and the ability to work flexible shifts. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and knowledge of a production or packaging environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Working knowledge of production/packaging environment and machinery

- Strong mechanical/troubleshooting skills
- Good communication/interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Ability to read and write effectively
Additional Requirements
- Able to wear site PPE as required
- Ability to work up to a 12-hour shift
- Physical demands including sitting or standing for prolonged periods and walking for extended distances
