Job Summary
Conduct electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve hardware malfunctions, software errors, and component faults. Perform regular servicing and inspections, maintaining detailed maintenance schedules and service logs. Execute installation, movement, and delivery of equipment while managing project deliverables within specified timeframes. Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools, overseeing goods receiving, picking, packing, and cycle counting to ensure stock accuracy. Work with computerized systems to prioritize tasks efficiently and deliver high-level customer service in a fast-paced environment.
