Job Summary
Technical Operations System Analyst role handling client incidents for Temenos PACS team. Primary responsibility is to facilitate solutions to logged tickets, perform ticket analysis, update clients and stakeholders at each stage of resolution, document defects with root-cause analysis, provide guidance for non-defects, and act as the technical reference point during software implementations and upgrades. Requires hands-on programming in Java/C/C++/Python, experience in 24/7 support, onsite analyses at client locations, and the ability to contribute to knowledge bases and tools to improve ticket resolution and customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- BE/BTech/MCA candidates with 3 to 5 years of Product Support experience with coding experience/exposure (Java/C/C++/Python) and experience in client-facing roles exposing as technical point of contact during software implementation/upgrades
