Technical Operations Supervisor

Lead and develop a team of IT Technicians responsible for data sanitization, device testing, grading, and repair activities; ensure devices are processed accurately, securely, and in accordance with company quality standards and client requirements; monitor team performance through productivity, quality, turnaround time, and rework-rate metrics; analyze workflow data to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement; establish and maintain standard operating procedures for technical processing activities; drive accountability through regular performance management, coaching, and feedback; partner with Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, and Operations teams to ensure smooth workflow and efficient movement of assets; support implementation of new tools, systems, and processes that improve operational efficiency and scalability; assist with troubleshooting complex device issues and provide technical guidance to team members; maintain compliance with data security, safety, and operational standards.
