Job Summary
Technical Operations Specialist within Ubisoft’s Online Services — Live Services, owning and validating the configuration, campaigns, and content delivering through Live Services. Acts as the primary interface between development, operations, and business stakeholders to minimize unplanned developer intervention by independent troubleshooting, log inspection, API analysis, and diagnostic workflows. Leads end-to-end configuration and validation for campaigns/features, defines pre-launch validation checklists and go/no-go gates, and ensures operational correctness of deliverables. Drives onboarding/integration for Online Services products (Player Account & Authentication, Ubisoft+ Subscription, PC Primary InGame Stores) from business alignment through technical delivery and readiness. Improves operational processes, guides partners and internal teams through standardized workflows, maintains integration docs and emergency support procedures, and communicates effectively with Product, Program, and Project Managers. Requires strong knowledge of web technologies, logs/API responses, and experience in operational quality gates, with excellent English communication and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience (3+ years) in technical operations, live services operations, release management, or DevOps within a web or software product environment
- Hands-on experience configuring back-office tools, CMS platforms, or service administration interfaces and validating outputs independently
- Track record of working in an international, multi-team environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Familiarity with campaign management, content delivery, or live operations workflows in a gaming or digital services context
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, OAuth, or similar web frameworks and authentication protocols
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, or infrastructure monitoring
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent project tracking and documentation tools
