Job Summary
Technical Operations Specialist II at Bank of America responsible for leading the planning, design, and implementation of complex infrastructure solutions aligned with playbooks and blueprints. Oversees stability, resiliency, reliability, and performance of multiple systems; mentors teammates; translates business requirements into infrastructure designs; coordinates with Solution Delivery Management, Technology Project Management, and technical partners. Performs change implementations, provisioning/deprovisioning for infrastructure and applications, and provides release support. Manages production changes, triage and incident management, and business continuity/disaster recovery activities. Creates and troubleshoots AutoSys scripts/jobs; collaborates with developers and supports configuration and log management. Documents application support processes; maintains moment-to-moment production health and adheres to SLAs. Strong debugging capabilities, automation focus, and effective stakeholder alignment are emphasized.
