Job Summary
Seeking a Technical Operations Manager in Palo Alto, CA to provide technical support for X Ads and Analytics products. Requires 4+ years of experience, strong analytical skills, and expertise in online advertising tools. Full-time onsite position.
Required Qualifications
- BS or BA degree
- 4+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong analytical skills and expertise with Excel, SQL, Terminal, BigQuery
- Experience using online advertising tracking tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Campaign Manager, Adobe Analytics, Tealium)
- Experience with technical troubleshooting for website pixels/tracking
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and creatively to find answers
- Experience working with Engineering and Product teams on digital ad product launches and/or product support
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
- Experience with JIRA and Salesforce
