Job Summary
Technical Operations & Mission Integration Lead to operationalize the Guardian platform for national security missions. Brings senior, hands-on leadership bridging mission execution, technical capability, and program delivery. Responsible for translating operational requirements into deployable Guardian configurations, ensuring system alignment in contested environments, and serving as the bridge between operators, engineers, and program leadership. Oversees in-field deployments across fixed sites, mobile platforms, and expeditionary kits; provides in-field leadership during installation, mission execution, and real-time troubleshooting. Oversees integration of TAK ecosystem components (ATAK/WinTAK/TAK Server), MANET radios, RF communications, SATCOM/LEO backhaul, and data fusion tools; contributes to software and hardware development efforts (feature prioritization, usability in operational environments) and supports training and transition to sustained operations. Requires deep experience with RF engineering principles, IP networking, cable fabrication, and field modifications. Strong communication with U.S. Government customers and foreign partners; ability to operate independently in austere environments; 15–20+ years of relevant experience; active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph; willingness to travel (OCONUS/CONUS up to ~25%). Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph (Required)
- 15–20+ years experience in: Technical operations, intelligence operations, or mission systems integration
- Direct experience in: Denied / hostile / low-visibility environments
- Global operational deployments
- Working knowledge of RF communications (LOS, UHF/VHF/HF)
- IP networking and system integration
- Hands-on experience with: Cable fabrication (Ethernet, coaxial, power)
- Field system installation and troubleshooting
- Hardware systems assembly and software configuration
- Experience supporting: Hardware and/or software development teams
- Program execution experience including: Scheduling, CDRLs, and financial tracking
- FMS or coalition operations experience (preferred)
