Job Summary
Manage technical project delivery for R&D efforts by acting as the facilitator between multiple groups, distilling requirements, and working with project leads to ensure deliverables are met. Support strategic operations including inventory management, finance modeling, and site improvements while maintaining a safe, world-class workplace. Lead continuous improvement projects and handle high-impact ad hoc initiatives that align with company objectives. This role requires 5+ years of technical project management experience in a high-growth organization, with a background in chemistry or biology. Base salary ranges from $133,500 to $194,000 annually depending on level and experience.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Technical Project Management and Operational Excellence, or similar experience in a high growth organization
- Education in chemistry, biology, or similar
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal direction across concurrent projects
- A great work ethic and impeccable integrity
- Exhibits sound judgment and keen attention to detail
- Experience in a startup or ambiguous, fast-changing environment
- Ability to work well under timelines to provide results
- Responsive and clear written and verbal communications
