Job Summary
Lead daily technical operations across Service, Applications, Customer Support, and technical testing by providing hands-on support for troubleshooting, installations, commissioning, and customer escalations. Improve service response times, team productivity, and operational efficiency while establishing KPIs, tracking priorities, and enforcing technical standards. Oversee repair/RGA processes, workplace safety, and 5S initiatives, and coordinate technical projects with international teams. Manage onboarding, technical training, and team development while maintaining strong communication with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. This hands-on leadership role combines mechanical and electrical troubleshooting expertise with direct influence on processes and team performance within a growing international organization supporting advanced automation technology.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Proven hands-on technical leadership experience within automation, machinery, field service, or industrial operations
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- PLC and system integration experience
- Field service, equipment installation, and commissioning experience
- Leadership experience
- Experience driving KPIs, continuous improvement, productivity, and 5S
- Strong customer-facing and cross-cultural communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Equivalent experience considered
- Siemens and EtherCAT experience
- 3+ years in field service, technical service, or technical operations
- Dispensing technology experience
- German or Spanish language skills
