Job Summary
Senior technical leader for Contract Lead/Task Lead role in federal data linkage services. Drive technical execution of data linkages using PII and privacy-preserving linkage strategies with statistical matching; ensure linkage quality, reproducibility, and comprehensive documentation; develop automation-ready processes; oversee data masking operations and distribute linked files; produce detailed study linkage reports; provide technical support to stakeholders; maintain expertise in multi-way linkages of large, complex datasets while aligning with federal data security requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as task lead on projects of similar size and scope
- Demonstrated expertise in data linkage methodologies and statistical matching
- Experience with large-scale federal data operations
- Master's degree in Health Services, Social Services, Economic Research, Behavioral Research, or related field OR Bachelor's degree in Health Services, Social Services, Economic Research, Behavioral Research, or related field with 2 additional years of relevant experience
- Professional certifications commensurate with duties
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop clear documentation and technical reports
