Job Summary
Technical Operations Intern role supporting development and optimization of cosmetic manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include executing laboratory and pilot-scale batches for product development, designing/improving mixing processes for liquid cosmetics, assisting with product transfers between production sites, providing technical support for plant operations, participating in testing to reduce cleaning events (olfactory and appearance tests), performing basic statistical data analysis and stability testing, and preparing technical documentation and reports. Requires a degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field (or current enrollment in such a program focusing on cosmetics), basic laboratory techniques, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Location: Rome, Lazio, Italy; onsite.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field (or currently enrolled in such program with a focus in Cosmetics).
- Basic knowledge of laboratory techniques and safety procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
