Job Summary
Support IT infrastructure, assist in technical project execution, and ensure smooth operational workflows for internal systems. Provide technical assistance to project teams, maintain accounts and access permissions, and create documentation for IT processes and system configurations. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to system performance, configurations, and security while monitoring infrastructure for optimal security. Collaborate closely with development, operations, and AI teams to troubleshoot challenges and manage multiple tasks independently. Required Qualifications
- Basic experience in Linux system administration (Ubuntu, CentOS, or similar)
- Experience with IT infrastructure support (user management, software installation, VPNs, cloud services)

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent documentation and communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
