Technical Operations - Content Coordinator

Job Summary
Load and traffic all content from Sponsorship through the Game Presentation run of show, serving as the direct liaison to Corporate Partnership and Sponsorship Services for Bridgestone Arena events and Nashville Predators home games. Control, schedule, and track all LED inventory while submitting trajectory reports and creating in-game stat packages. Manage interior and exterior content scheduling, load in-game show elements, and assist with content load-in for LED, TV, and other media as needed, sometimes on short notice. Oversee standard operating procedures and best practices for content management, including file management system oversight and automation. Submit trajectory reports to Sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two (2) years professional experience in Content/Traffic management
- Sports entertainment experience
- Knowledge of Hockey
- Experience with video production workflow
- Experience with leading and developing projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other related computer skills
- Positive attitude
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects
- Ability to work independently without supervision, be self-directed and demonstrate initiative
- Must be comfortable accepting feedback and specific direction
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-based environment
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on the changing priorities of the department, including holidays, weekends and evenings
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Possess a suitable driving history
- Be insurable by Club's insurance carrier
- Have reliable transportation
- Subject to a background check, including a criminal history check, driving history and character references

- Ability to work in a cold environment and around an ice surface
- Exposure to bright lights, loud noises, extreme temperatures and dust
- Visual acuity including but not limited to depth perception and color variation
- General Office Equipment (i.e. PC, copier, fax machine, etc.)
- Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.)
- Ross Xpression real-time motion graphics systems
- Office 365 Experience
- IPTV/content distribution systems experience (Vitec)
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of two (2) years professional experience in Content/Traffic management preferred
- Sports entertainment experience preferred
- Knowledge of Hockey or willingness to learn preferred
- Ross Xpression real-time motion graphics systems (Preferred but not required)
- Office 365 Experience preferred
