Job Summary
Own and optimize UK energy trading operations, including daily trading processes, asset registration, settlements, and revenue-risk mitigation. Interface with engineering and commercial teams, extend insights to DSOs and UK market regulators, and build relationships with key stakeholders. Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and automation, comfort with fast-moving environments, and a motivation to contribute to a low-carbon energy transition. Hybrid work setup with 2-3 days in the London office and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in operations with trading/settlements preferred
- Strong SQL and Python skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to discuss MW, kWh, and £ daily
