Job Summary
This role operates on the Infrastructure team to design, develop, and deploy internal tools and data workflows that support the organization’s AI-driven healthcare platform. You’ll work across Retool for internal dashboards and Vercel/Cursor for AI-powered applications, building tools like credentialing trackers and automated exception-handling workflows. You’ll connect live data via APIs, SQL, and webhooks, ship production-ready tooling with quick iteration cycles, and communicate outcomes clearly to non-technical stakeholders. A successful candidate is technically versatile, self-directed, and comfortable across credentialing, integrations, and business-operations tooling, with a focus on delivering tangible operational leverage and maintaining clear documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years in a technical operations, business systems, or software development role
- Hands-on production experience building internal tools in Retool
- Deploying web applications via Vercel
- Experience with AI-assisted development environments like Cursor
- Solid SQL skills for complex queries and ETL pipelines
- Experience integrating systems via REST APIs and webhooks
- Ability to instrument workflows with logging and monitoring
- Experience building with LLMs and AI tools for automation
- Ability to integrate LLM capabilities into internal tooling
- Strong communication and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Ability to onboard dependent teams and document work
