Job Summary
Assess AS400 system architecture, data structures, and dependencies to develop a comprehensive migration roadmap to Zoho ERP. Lead technical configuration and deployment of Zoho CRM, CPQ, Zoho Books, Field Service, and Inventory Management modules while executing ETL operations with proper validation. Reconcile migrated financial records against legacy reports to confirm accuracy and completeness. Develop and execute test scripts for functional, integration, and user acceptance testing, troubleshooting defects and ensuring compliance with security and data governance requirements. This two-month, part-time remote engagement focuses on ensuring a smooth transition of business processes and financial data across the Zoho ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in ERP migration, system integration, or enterprise applications
- Proven hands-on experience migrating from AS400 or similar legacy systems to modern ERP solutions
- Strong knowledge of Zoho ecosystem (CRM, CPQ, Zoho Books, Field Service, Inventory)
- Experience with data migration tools, ETL processes, and API integrations
- Familiarity with financial and accounting processes to ensure accuracy in Zoho Books migration
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to address complex technical challenges under tight timelines
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
