Job Summary
Develop and maintain complex, multi-disciplinary project schedules using MS Project, collaborating with project managers and subsystem leads to define task sequences, dependencies, and resource allocations. Support hardware development, integration, and test campaigns by identifying schedule risks, performing critical path analysis, and recommending mitigation strategies. Deliver clear, actionable schedule reports and visualizations to stakeholders while ensuring alignment with NASA/JSC program milestones, mission timelines, and configuration control processes. This role requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering and 3+ years of experience in technical scheduling, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project and familiarity with NASA/JSC flight hardware development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 2-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- 3+ years of experience in technical scheduling, project management, or test operations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, including resource leveling, baselining, and custom reporting
- Familiarity with NASA/JSC flight hardware development, testing, or mission operations
- Strong understanding of waterfall scheduling methodologies and integrated master scheduling principles
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
- US Citizenship
- The ability to pass a comprehensive security background investigation
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in or alongside Agile teams
- Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe, PMI-ACP)
- Background in aerospace, systems engineering, or test integration environments
