Job Summary
Technical Marketing Manager to lead the North American MIS portfolio commercialization and market development. You will own product positioning, messaging, pricing support, and sales enablement; manage clinical and competitive intelligence to guide market strategy; partner with Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, and Commercial teams on product development and launch readiness; support go-to-market execution and drive adoption across surgical customers; represent the organization at conferences and events. This is a hybrid role (3 days onsite / 2 days WFH) with approximately 20% travel, focused on expanding MIS technologies in North America and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product launches and market differentiation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biological Sciences, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in medical device industry (surgical preferred)
- Background in surgical device product marketing, commercialization, or downstream marketing
- Familiarity with MIS technologies (endoscopic imaging, surgical energy, laparoscopic systems) strongly preferred
- Experience working cross-functionally with R&D, clinical, and commercial teams
