Job Summary
Conduct tender reviews, analyze proposals, and manage submittals including process design, P&IDs, civil layouts, and full cost estimations. Direct and manage a local team and subject experts to develop winning solutions for multinational water companies and EPCs. Liaise with clients at all stages, negotiate agreements with suppliers, and perform risk assessments and HAZOP studies. Technically and commercially review proposals under management approval structures while representing the company in meetings and negotiations. Search for new technologies and implement in-house production of equipment and plants.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical/Process/Industrial/Environmental Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the field of waste & potable water treatment process design
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Leading team/Departments
- Expert in all Water & Waste Water Treatment Processes
- Interpretation of Tenders
- Well-experienced in process and hydraulic design
- Experience in design software
- Experienced with the engineering of in-house production of water treatment equipment and plants
- Strong understanding of local and international water and wastewater regulations and standards
- Effective interpersonal communication and leadership
- Organizing, coordination, supervision, decision-making, task closing and reporting
