Job Summary
Technical Manager leading structural design and delivery in the Dams & Waterfront Group. Responsible for managing growth and performance of structural design staff, performing analysis and design of dams, hydraulic structures, waterfront structures, bulkheads, piers, cofferdams, and related heavy civil works; developing design concepts, calculations, reports, QA/QC, and construction plans; coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams; and staying current with codes and practices. Requires strong communication, leadership, and experience with STAAD PRO/GT STRUDL, MathCAD/Enercalc, and proficiency with reinforced concrete and steel/wood structural systems. BS in Civil/Structural Engineering and a Registered Professional Engineer license with 15+ years of experience strongly preferred.
