Job Summary

Senior Technical Manager, Risk Assessments leading the integration of quantitative risk assessments for Enbridge GDS Integrity programs. Develop recommendations for efficient modeling, risk ranking, and interpretation of results to drive risk-informed decisions with Risk stakeholders. Ensure risk strategies align with regulatory requirements and are understood by internal and external audiences. Translate risk insights into actionable recommendations for partners to develop prioritized mitigation plans, capital investment strategies, and maintenance programs. Develop a strategy for using analytics, machine learning, and digital tools to enhance threat identification, risk ranking, and performance tracking. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers and analysts; cultivate relationships with executive and non-technical collaborators through meetings, presentations, and decision records.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • 8-10+ years of directly related experience
  • For Canadian candidates, registered P.Eng with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) is required; for U.S. candidates, PE is not required
