Job Summary
Lead the technical team in the development, implementation, and optimization of technology projects while managing the tool room and overseeing tooling, molds, and machine troubleshooting. The role demands excellent leadership to mentor technicians and operators, strong experience in plastic blow molding and injection molding, and the ability to develop technical strategies that align with business objectives. Responsibilities also include establishing KPIs, risk management, and fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management or a related field
- 5+ years of technical and process experience in plastic blow molding and injection molding
- At least 2 years in a related management position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in PET, HDPE molding technology: Aoki, Uniloy, Sumitomo
- Experience with change management and continuous improvement
