Job Summary
Ensure the smooth operation of the hotel's entire technical infrastructure, including building systems, operational equipment, safety systems, air-conditioning, energy, and event technology. Lead and develop the three-person technical team through duty scheduling, appraisals, and skill development. Manage the annual budgeting process and plan maintenance, repair, and investment measures while coordinating closely with external service providers to organize timely repairs. Guarantee compliance with all legal requirements and safety standards by maintaining documentation and inspection records. Resolve equipment issues quickly to ensure full functionality and support the sustainability strategy with new ideas.
Required Qualifications
- You have completed technical training
- You have several years of professional experience
- You have sound specialist knowledge in the areas of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning technology (HVAC), electrical systems, fire protection, and sanitary technology
- You are IT-savvy
- You are confident in using Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
- You are a communicative and open-minded person
- You enjoy not only working behind the scenes on technical matters, but also being in contact with our guests
- You bring not only your skills, but also your personality
Desired Qualifications
