Job Summary
Technical Manager-Full Stack responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end backend and frontend solutions using Java/Spring Boot, NodeJS, React, React Native, and micro frontend architectures. Role includes mentoring engineers, driving architectural decisions with enterprise architects, building PWAs and cloud-native services, and ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability in an Agile environment. Key activities include implementing micro frontends, collaborating on complex system architectures, owning critical full-stack components, and upholding CI/CD and DevOps practices in cloud infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of professional software development experience
- Backend development with Java, Spring Boot, NodeJS
- REST APIs
- Real-time streaming architectures and microservices patterns
- Frontend development with React and React Native
- Experience building micro frontends and PWAs
- Cloud-native applications on AWS or other major cloud platforms
- Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and event-driven architecture
- CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitHub Actions
- Kubernetes and containerization
- Monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, CloudWatch)
- Strong collaboration across architecture, engineering, and product teams
- Mentoring junior engineers and technical leadership
- Experience in FinTech or highly regulated enterprise environments (added bonus)
- Exposure to Kafka or similar streaming platforms
- Experience implementing micro frontend architectures
