Job Summary
The Technical Manager will serve as the Engineer of Record (EOR) on significant projects, leading a group of 4 to 8 engineers and detailers. Responsibilities include managing project production, client relations, and financial management, while ensuring quality technical services and compliance with quality control standards. The role also involves staff administration, including performance reviews and career planning, as well as participation in marketing efforts and pursuit of new project opportunities. A Bachelor's degree is required along with substantial experience in project management or supervisory roles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in field of practice
- 15 years of experience since B.S.
- At least three years in positions with project management or supervisory responsibilities
- PE Required

- Post graduate degree preferred
- Management coursework and/or MBA a plus
- Excellent technical and interpersonal skills
