Technical Manager CRS

Define technical interpretation, application, and uniformity for testing, audits, and inspections within assigned geographies and industries. Develop guidelines, procedures, and programs to ensure internal operational adherence while partnering with Quality and Operations to drive laboratory and field consistency. Contribute to accreditation and certification processes, support strategic selling through industry relationships, and represent UL at external meetings to influence market approaches. Conduct webinars, presentations, and technical trainings for internal and external stakeholders. Lead special projects focused on alignment, continuous improvement, and service innovation. Manage direct reports by defining accountabilities, establishing objectives, and ensuring policy adherence.
