Job Summary
Technical Manager – Civil Platforms leads a 6-10 person Systems Engineering team, delivering engineering excellence, managing bids and proposals, project execution, and strategic resource planning within Civil Platforms; focus on developing and mentoring team members, driving process improvements, and collaborating across multiple organizations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives in avionics-focused projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Computer Science from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 8 years of systems technical and project leadership experience in a highly technical engineering field, preferably avionics systems
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- U.S. export-controlled information access and status as a U.S. Person or eligible to work in the United States
