Job Summary
Civil Engineering Technical Manager – Land Development leads design and delivery of land development projects from concept through construction, overseeing budgets, schedules, and resource allocation; acts as Engineer of Record when required; mentors staff; supports permitting and regulatory compliance; contributes to business development and client engagement; ensures QA/QC across project deliverables; collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to provide buildable, cost-effective solutions and drive growth of the land development practice.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field; Professional Engineer (PE) licensure
- Minimum of fifteen (15) years’ job-related experience
- Master’s degree preferred
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Sketch-Up, Photoshop
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to work independently and with a team
- Ability to interact with clients, project team, vendors, and other external groups
