Job Summary
Lead and mentor land-development engineering teams to design and deliver site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway projects from concept through construction; oversee budgets, schedules, QA/QC, and compliance with local/state/federal standards; serve as Engineer of Record when required; collaborate with clients, municipalities, contractors, and internal teams; contribute to business development and permitting; proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SketchUp, and Photoshop; strong leadership, communication, and project-management skills; 100% employee-owned environment with ESOP; Bachelor's in Architecture/Engineering required, PE license and 15+ years experience expected, Master’s preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Minimum of fifteen (15) years’ job-related experience
