Job Summary
Technical Manager oversees and maintains Chuck E. Cheese game room electronics and equipment, including the latest video and skill games, kitchen equipment, register systems, coin and ticket mechanisms; manages electrical and mechanical aspects of the game room; performs daily preventative maintenance and repairs; troubleshoots and replaces defective electronic components, boards, and computers; operates stage show equipment and manages related maintenance, including lighting, sound, pneumatics, and related components; maintains inventory and budget for electronic equipment and tools; emphasizes safety and guest interactions; requires ability to read schematics and use technical maintenance skills; preferred background includes military experience, technical degree, or prior electrical/mechanical training.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to work up to 45 hours per week
- Must have a high school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
