Technical Manager

Senior Technical Manager to lead technical design management for a major hydro infrastructure project in New Brunswick; responsibilities include providing senior technical leadership and direct supervision of internal and external engineering professionals, planning, coordination, and execution of complex engineering assignments, ensuring design quality, constructability, and compliance with project requirements, managing project plans, schedules, estimates, and cost controls, mentoring technical staff, overseeing financial performance of the engineering function, ensuring timely design deliverables, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, participating in client meetings, business development activities, and proposal preparation, and providing technical guidance and training to junior engineers; requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 15+ years of engineering/project experience in large-scale hydro/infrastructure/EPC/EPCM environments, P.Eng. in good standing, proficiency with Primavera P6, AutoCAD, SAP, and MS Office, strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in both office and field environments; includes commitment to diversity and accessible hiring practices.
