Job Summary
Lead sprint planning and end-to-end project delivery for a team of 10–12 .NET Full Stack developers, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met. Define engineering standards, review architecture, and drive scalable software solutions while mentoring team productivity and career growth. Provide technical direction on AI-driven development and emerging technologies, collaborating with stakeholders on risk assessments and progress updates. Troubleshoot complex technical challenges across cloud, DevOps, and industrial automation environments to deliver results through Agile methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 12+ years of combined hands-on technical and leadership experience in software development
- 3–4 years of team-handling experience
- Strong hands-on experience in .NET Full Stack development
- Backend technologies such as .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs, and Entity Framework
- Frontend technologies such as Angular, React JS, TypeScript, RxJS, and NgRx
- Strong experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, Azure/AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
- Knowledge of infrastructure technologies such as K8s/K3s, VMware, Hyper-V, and Azure
- Experience with industrial automation technologies including OPC UA, MQTT, SCADA, and MES
- Understanding of software solutions used in industrial and automation environments
- Strong understanding of system architecture, design patterns, Agile/Scrum methodologies, Unit Testing, and OWASP security best practices
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Proficiency with AI tools and emerging technologies
- Ability to guide teams in adopting AI-driven development practices and improving engineering productivity
- Strong leadership, mentoring, coaching, communication, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills
- Ability to balance technical decisions with business objectives
