Job Summary
Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair production equipment while reviewing and performing preventive and predictive maintenance procedures. Generate work orders, lead continuous improvement projects, and mentor Level 1 technicians on targeted training plans. Audit team members for policy adherence and collaborate with Production Management on repair priorities based on customer demand and SLAs. Lead projects including new equipment installations and facility layout changes. Requires associates degree, trade certification, or five years of industrial maintenance experience in electronics, mechatronics, or robotics. Schedule includes three shifts, holidays, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Associates degree/trade certification
- 5+ years of relevant Industrial Maintenance experience
- Industrial Maintenance discipline
- Electronics discipline
- Mechatronics discipline
- Computer Science discipline
- Networking/Infrastructure discipline
- Robotics discipline
- Hydraulics discipline
- PLC discipline
- Knowledge of and ability to use hand and power tools
- Advanced mechanical and electronic troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and comprehend service manuals and equipment schematics
- Advanced knowledge of computers/networking
- Ability to work independently under general supervision
- Ability to work in a teamwork environment
- Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule including three shifts, holidays, and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with CMMS
- Project Management experience
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles including 5S, root cause, waste, Gemba, etc
- Previous industry-based experience
